How long does it take to make my order?
Every Witchy Hollow creation is handmade and brewed up just for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to stitch, conjure, and package your spooky trinkets before they ship. During busy event seasons or launches, processing times may be a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t started production yet, we’ll do our best to help. Send us a message as soon as possible — once the magic begins, changes may not be possible.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can haunt your packages every move.
My package says delivered but I can’t find it — help!
We recommend checking with neighbors, family members, or your local post office first. Once a package leaves our lair, it’s in the hands of the carrier — but we’ll still try to help however we can.
How much is shipping?
We offer $9.50 flat rate shipping.

Are your items really handmade?
Absolutely. Meghan hand-makes and creates each item with love, chaos, and a sprinkle of dark magic. Because everything is handmade, slight variations make each piece uniquely yours.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to keep everything consistent, but handmade pieces may have small differences — that’s part of their spooky charm.

Do you take custom requests?
Sometimes! Send us your spooky dreams and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can bring to life.
Can I suggest new products?
Yes please. We love hearing from our coven. If there’s something you’d love to see us create, send us a message — your idea might become our next wicked creation.

Are your skincare products handmade?
Yes — our potions are crafted in small batches with care and intention.
How should I store my products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to keep the magic fresh.

Do you accept returns?
Because many items are handmade or made-to-order, we currently do not. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we want to make it right whenever possible.
